You will work closely with our engineering team  to define features as well as with our marketing team to support growth efforts. ## Key Responsibilities - Deeply understand our users and their pain points through customer conversations, user research, interviews, and usability testing. - Design intuitive user flows and interaction patterns while contributing to and evolving our design system. - Create polished, high-quality interfaces with strong attention to usability, accessibility, visual clarity, and consistency. - Partner closely with Product and Engineering to transform sophisticated technical systems into simple and elegant user experiences. - Prototype and iterate quickly, balancing speed with craft in a fast-moving startup environment. - Present and communicate design decisions clearly, connecting user experience choices to broader product strategy and business goals. - Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, data, and marketing teams to bring ideas from concept to launch. - Help improve overall product consistency, interaction quality, and design standards across the platform.
