We’re looking for a Product Designer to define how operators, investigators, and enterprise teams experience Variance. You will own core product design across complex workflows, translating highly technical AI capabilities into clear, intuitive, and trustworthy user experiences. You will work closely with founders, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to design products that help customers make faster, better, and more confident decisions in high-stakes risk environments. This is an in-person position.
