This is a hands-on, high-impact engineering role focused on building user-centric, scalable tools that directly transform how complex professional services are delivered. You should be able to work independently and take ownership of your work, while communicating clearly and proactively within a remote team that operates across multiple time zones. You will work closely with end users, product managers, designers and other engineers to design, implement, and deploy features that make meaningful improvements to workflow efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. ## Key Responsibilities Product Development & Engineering - Design, build, and ship software features end-to-end, from conception to deployment and iteration. - Translate real-world tax and accounting workflows into elegant, scalable software systems. - Collaborate with product and design to define requirements, prioritize work, and ensure seamless user experiences. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with an eye for scalability and performance. User-Centered Problem Solving - Work directly with tax professionals to understand their needs and pain points.
