You will abstract the complexity of the energy market behind intuitive interfaces, from the products households use to the API our partners build on. - Engineer the entire experience. Design and ship across our hosted components, customer portal, and API. Own the architecture beneath the interface and the quality of the experience after launch. - Treat language as an interface. Own the words that explain our product, from checkout flows to integration guides. Give the reader the information they need to decide, act, or build. - Live the product. Sit with customers, dissect their problems, and develop a deep intuition for what they need. Use that judgement to decide what we build and what we leave out. Exciting challenges - Design the customer journey. Shape how customers discover, understand, and use our energy products. For solar export and flexibility, that could mean estimating potential savings and earnings before checkout and advising the customer on optimisation gains. - Design an API our partners can build on. Expose the capabilities of Nomos through coherent interfaces, precise documentation, and useful examples.
