You will partner closely with Engineering, ID, Product Development, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain on validation activities — including DFMEA, DVP&R, design reviews, and process controls — ensuring products meet or exceed SharkNinja's 5-star quality standard before a single unit reaches a consumer. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team ## Preferred - Experience at a consumer goods company (including internships) with high-volume, rapid NPD cycles - Familiarity with supplier quality processes including PPAP and incoming quality controls - Exposure to human factors engineering or usability validation methods - Ability to travel as required to manufacturing sites or supplier facilities ## About SharkNinja SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company, with a portfolio of 5-star rated lifestyle solutions that positively impact people's lives in homes around the world.
