Por que a vaga existe? Produto é a área responsável por transformar sinais de negócio, operação e clientes em uma visão clara de para onde a Enter deve evoluir. Para sustentar esse ritmo, precisamos de alguém que ajude os PMs a transformar dados dispersos em decisões — organizando informação, testando hipóteses e trazendo clareza para o dia a dia do time. Buscamos uma pessoa curiosa, analítica e com vontade genuína de aprender como produto funciona na prática, dentro de um domínio complexo (jurídico + IA). Não esperamos que você chegue sabendo tudo — esperamos que você chegue querendo entender profundamente o problema antes de propor a solução.

O desafio central da posição Aprender fazendo: Você vai apoiar PMs seniores em discovery, priorização e execução — não como observador, mas como parte ativa do time, com responsabilidades reais desde o início. Organizar para escalar: Ajudar a transformar pedidos pontuais e dados soltos em processos e análises que o time possa reutilizar. Ir a fundo: Desenvolver o hábito de perguntar "por quê" antes de aceitar o sintoma como o problema — a mesma mentalidade de causa raiz que orienta toda a área de Produto na Enter. Comunicar com clareza: Praticar como sintetizar dados e aprendizados de forma simples, mesmo quando o problema por trás é complicado.

Responsabilidades

- Apoiar PMs seniores na coleta, organização e análise de dados para embasar decisões de priorização.
- Participar de discovery com áreas operacionais (AID), Engenharia e clientes, ajudando a mapear dores e oportunidades.
- Ajudar a manter o backlog organizado, documentando requisitos e contexto de forma clara.
- Monitorar métricas e KPIs de produto, sinalizando tendências e anomalias para o time.
- Produzir materiais de apoio (análises, resumos, apresentações) para reuniões de priorização e alinhamento com stakeholders.
- Contribuir com ideias e perspectivas próprias — queremos sua opinião, não só sua execução.

Requisitos O que buscamos:

- Curiosidade genuína por produto, tecnologia e Inteligência Artificial — interesse em testar ferramentas novas, entender LLMs e explorar aplicações práticas de IA por conta própria.
- Raciocínio analítico: conforto em lidar com dados quantitativos e qualitativos e sintetizá-los em conclusões claras.
- Comunicação estruturada, tanto escrita quanto verbal.
- Perfil "mão na massa": disposição para se envolver na execução, não só na estratégia — organizando planilhas, rodando análises, testando hipóteses.
- Alta energia e resiliência para lidar com ambiguidade e ritmo acelerado de startup.
- Humildade intelectual: vontade de aprender, ouvir feedback e admitir quando não sabe algo.
- Cursando graduação (previsão de formatura entre Dezembro de 2027 e Dezembro de 2028) em áreas como Engenharia, Administração, Economia, Ciência da Computação ou correlatas.
- Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em São Paulo (Pinheiros).
