## ABOUT THE TEAM & MISSION

42dot의 Product Management System Implementation PM은 Software Defined Vehicle(SDV) 개발을 위한 Application Lifecycle Management(ALM) 및 Product Lifecycle Management(PLM) 환경을 구축하고, A-SPICE 기반 제품 개발 프로세스와 품질 체계를 디지털화하는 역할입니다.

Codebeamer를 중심으로 Requirement부터 Verification까지의 Engineering 데이터를 연결하여 제품 개발 전 과정의 Traceability를 확보하고, Jira 기반 협업 환경과 PLM 연계를 통해 Engineering Digital Foundation을 구축합니다.

## RESPONSIBILITIES

- ALM Implementation
- Codebeamer 기반 ALM 구축 전략 수립 및 구현
- A-SPICE 기반 제품 개발 프로세스를 지원하는 ALM 환경 설계 및 구축
- Requirements Management 체계 설계 및 구현(Baseline, Version, Change Management 포함)
- Requirement부터 Verification까지 End-to-End Traceability 구축
- ALM과 PLM 간 데이터 연계 및 Engineering Digital Thread 구현
- Engineering Process & Quality
- A-SPICE 기반 Engineering Process 분석 및 시스템 구현
- 제품 개발 프로세스를 시스템 요구사항으로 정의하고 표준화
- Requirement Management, Change Management, Configuration Management 프로세스 설계 및 개선
- Engineering Quality 향상을 위한 프로세스 및 Quality Governance 구축
- 개발 조직의 프로세스 준수와 품질 향상을 위한 시스템 운영 체계 수립
- Collaboration & Engineering Data
- Jira 기반 개발 협업 프로세스 및 Workflow 설계
- Codebeamer와 Jira 간 연계 및 협업 체계 구축
- Requirement, Development, Test 간 데이터 연계 및 변경 이력 관리
- Engineering Master Data 관리 체계 설계 및 표준화
- Engineering 데이터의 일관성과 추적성을 확보하기 위한 통합 환경 구축
- Vendor & Partner Management

- Vendor 및 기술 파트너와의 협업 및 프로젝트 관리

## QUALIFICATIONS

- ALM, PLM, PDM 등 엔터프라이즈 시스템 구축 프로젝트를 End-to-End로 수행한 경험
- Product Lifecycle Management 또는 제품 개발 프로세스 수립 및 Product Management System 구축 경험
- Codebeamer 또는 유사 ALM 솔루션을 활용한 Requirements Management 구축 경험
- Requirement Engineering, Traceability, Baseline, Change Management에 대한 이해
- A-SPICE 기반 제품 개발 프로세스를 정의하거나 시스템으로 구현한 경험
- Jira 기반 개발 협업 환경 구축 또는 운영 경험
- 다양한 이해관계자와 협업하며 프로젝트를 리딩한 경험
- Vendor 평가, RFP 작성 및 구축 프로젝트 관리 경험
- 우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 문제 해결 능력
