Als Product Manager (all genders) – IoT Platform übernimmst du Verantwortung für einen entscheidenden Teil: die cloud- und webbasierte Plattform hinter unserer vernetzten Hardware-Flotte. Deine Arbeit liegt an der Schnittstelle von internen Tools, ereignisgesteuerter Plattformlogik und der Skalierbarkeit operativer Prozesse. Du arbeitest eng mit einer Vielzahl von Stakeholdern zusammen, insbesondere mit den Teams System Performance, Customer Success, Technical Implementation, Installations sowie weiteren Product- & Engineering-Teams.

- Ownership: Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für einen strategisch wichtigen Teil unserer IoT-Plattform – von der Problem- und Bedarfsermittlung über Priorisierung und Umsetzung bis hin zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Strategy: Du entwickelst und steuerst die Produktstrategie für operative Tools – von Konfiguration und Rollout über Monitoring bis hin zum Flottenmanagement
- User focus: Du verstehst die Herausforderungen und Bedürfnisse der internen Nutzer in unseren Operations-Teams und übersetzt diese in skalierbare Produktverbesserungen
- Platform capabilities: Du verantwortest ereignisgesteuerte Services wie die Erfassung der Parkplatzbelegung und weitere plattformbasierte Funktionen, die aus Gerätedaten entstehen
- Scalability: Du stellst sicher, dass die Plattformlogik zuverlässig, transparent überwachbar und skalierbar ist – auch für zunehmend komplexe und geschäftskritische Anwendungsfälle
- Collaboration: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Engineering zusammen und stimmst dich über Operations, Product und Leadership hinweg ab, um technische Rahmenbedingungen, Nutzerbedürfnisse und geschäftliche Prioritäten in Einklang zu bringen

- Product-Erfahrung: 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in der ganzheitlichen Verantwortung für komplexe Software- oder Plattformprodukte – von der Definition des Problems bis zur Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung.
- Technisches Verständnis: Du fühlst dich mit Backend-, Cloud- und Systemarchitektur-Themen wohl und kannst mit Engineers fundiert über technische Abwägungen sprechen.

- Architekturkenntnisse: Du bist mit verteilten Systemen und ereignisgesteuerten Architekturen vertraut und kennst Technologien wie Kafka und MQTT.
