岗位职责

- 通过过数据驱动的关键词研究和竞争分析，开发并实施高效的ASO策略。包括关键词挖掘、词库搭建、清洗筛选及用户搜索意图分析，优化应用商店列表的元数据。
- 撰写高质量的应用商店元数据（包括标题、描述、截图、视频等），确保内容符合应用商店优化标准，并能吸引目标用户。
- 熟练使用ASO工具（如App Annie、Sensor Tower、MobileAction等），分析应用性能（如下载量、转化率、留存率），制定改进方案以提升排名和用户获取。
- 分析应用性能指标（如下载量、转化率、留存率等），提供可操作的优化建议，并持续优化ASO策略，提升应用排名和下载量。
- 监控应用商店趋势和竞争对手活动，识别并利用市场机会，同时应对潜在挑战。聚焦加密货币/金融类应用的优化，为其特殊的市场需求设计定制化策略。
- 与设计、开发及市场营销团队紧密合作，优化应用功能，进行A/B测试，确定最有效的应用商店元素，确保ASO与SEO策略的一致性和执行效果。
- 进行深入的竞争对手分析，识别并利用自身应用的优势，同时发现并应对潜在的劣势和市场机会。
- 积极服从公司及Team Leader的各项安排，以促进团队的顺利运作和项目的顺利推进。

任职资格

- 3年以上ASO或相关岗位经验，精通应用商店优化策略，具备关键词挖掘和词库搭建的能力。
- 具备使用AI工具进行高质量内容生成的能力，例如撰写应用商店描述、优化关键词列表、分析竞争对手数据等。
- 熟练使用ASO工具（如App Annie、Sensor Tower、MobileAction等）及SEO工具（如Semrush、Ahrefs、Keywords Planner等）。
- 具备数据分析能力，能够通过数据复盘优化ASO策略，提升应用表现。
- 有海外市场ASO经验者优先，尤其是加密货币或金融类应用优化经验者优先。
- 能够在独立工作和团队合作中灵活切换，有效协作。
- 具备强大的数据分析能力，能够从数据中提取有价值的见解。
- 优秀的书面和口头沟通技巧，能够清晰传达信息。
