## Job description

Pour faire réussir les projets de nos clients, nous recherchons des Product Manager

Tes futures missions :

- Faire réussir le delivery : coordonner avec l’ensemble de l’équipe projet pour livrer des fonctionnalités complexes dans les temps et au niveau de qualité attendue par le client
- Garantir la satisfaction client : construire une relation de confiance avec ton client tout en faisant les bons arbitrages pour le projet, le client, les équipes
- S’assurer d’adopter une méthodologie agile et du lean management pour lever le maximum de dépendances et piloter l’avancement du projet
- Modéliser la valeur du produit pour s’assurer que nous réalisons un produit à fort impact qui répond à des pain points des utilisateurs et comprendre où sont les leviers d’amélioration
- Assurer le coaching de l’équipe projet pour la faire progresser sur la méthodologie et le delivery.

Ton profil :

- Tu as entre 3 et 5 années d’expérience en gestion de projets
- Tu as été dans un environnement agile et contribué à des projets complexes.
