Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 105 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). More than 6 million users already save money every day at 10,000+ merchants with Joko. From cashback and automatic coupons to price alerts, we've kept expanding our products to make shopping smarter. Today, Joko is an AI shopping app: with Juno, our shopping assistant, users can find the right product at the best price in only a few seconds, with recommendations that get sharper the more they use it. Having reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US. It’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us! ## 📱 OUR PRODUCT TEAM Led by Fabien, our VP Product, Joko's Product team groups the passionate individuals behind our users' delight! From brainstorming to development to launch, the Product team's main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the Engineering, Design, and Business teams. Joko is organized into four product tribes, each owning a key dimension of the company's value: - Business lines owns the current core value proposition, covering online shopping, in-store experiences, and gift cards, each run as a dedicated team. - Scale focuses on growing and amplifying this value through growth, international expansion, and shared core user experiences across the app. - Juno builds the next value proposition: an AI shopping assistant that finds the right product at the best price in seconds, backed by a universal catalog of what merchants actually sell. - Platform serves teams and non user-facing stakeholders, owning internal tools, infrastructure, compliance, and operational scalability. ## 🎨 THE CORE UX TASK FORCE Core UX is a task force inside the Scale tribe. It owns the part of Joko that every single user touches, on every platform: navigation, account and login, and the cross-cutting features that make the app work — cash back collection, redeem, favouriting, search, and the map. It also owns the Care experience and, importantly, performance and reliability across the board. That scope runs across an unusually wide surface area: the mobile app on iOS and Android, the Chrome, Firefox and Safari desktop extensions, the Mobile Safari Extension, and the web app. Every other task force builds on the foundations Core UX lays down. That makes the role high-leverage and demanding in equal measure: a latency regression or a broken login flow here is felt everywhere at once. The task force is a small, autonomous team: a Product Manager who owns it, a Product Designer, and software engineers. ## 🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO As Product Manager for the Core UX task force, you own it. That means a slice of Joko's core cross-platform experience end to end, with performance and reliability as a permanent thread. You will report to Damien https://www.linkedin.com/in/damien-richir/, who leads the Scale tribe, and work with a Product Designer and software engineers. - Core experience ownership: You will own core surfaces — navigation, onboarding and login, cash back collection, search, redeem — from problem framing through spec, delivery, and post-launch monitoring. These are used by millions of people daily, which means small changes carry real weight. - Cross-platform trade-offs: Mobile, desktop extensions, Mobile Safari Extension and web app each have their own constraints — iOS restrictions, app store review, browser APIs. You will decide what ships where, what stays consistent, and where platform-specific divergence is worth the cost. - Performance & reliability: App latency, silent degradations, and regressions caught too late are a standing part of the mandate. You will define what good looks like, get it monitored, and own reliability as a product feature. - Foundations work: A meaningful share of the roadmap is foundational — design systems, codebase consolidation, tooling that makes the whole Product & Engineering org faster. You will make the case for that work in terms of user and business outcomes. - Delight & personalization: Core UX also owns whether Joko feels good to use. You will run discovery on the experiences that make people come back, and ship improvements to the moments that matter most. - Stakeholder alignment: Because every other task force depends on your surfaces, you will spend real time arbitrating between their needs and the health of the core, and saying no in a way people accept. ## 👀 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Experience: You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products, ideally mobile apps. You have owned a scope end to end and driven your own roadmap. - Scale sensibility: You have worked on products with a large user base and you understand what changes when a decision affects millions of people rather than thousands. - Craft & UX judgment: You care about how things feel. You can tell a functional experience from a genuinely good one, and you push for the second. - Technical fluency: You are comfortable in a technical environment — platform constraints, performance, release mechanics — and you can hold your own with engineers on trade-offs. Coding is not required. - Data fluency: You define metrics, instrument them, and use them. You are comfortable digging into numbers yourself to find where an experience is leaking. - AI fluency: You are hands-on with AI tools in your own product work. At Joko this is expected daily, across the whole company. - Stakeholder leadership: You are good at alignment, prioritization, and making trade-offs explicit when several teams want incompatible things from the same surface. - Location: Based in France or Spain. - Languages: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. French is a plus, but it is optional. - Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback and you love constantly learning and getting better. ## 💎 OUR PERKS (Some of the benefits listed below are available to full-time positions only) At Joko, we believe that flexibility and trust are essential. Our work environment reflects this through: - Flexible remote : If you live in Paris, you can choose to work from our office or from home with no constraints. If you live elsewhere, we can provide access to a coworking space and a coworking budget. - Work from anywhere : Want to spend a month in Italy while working? You can work from most countries in the world for up to 3 months per year. On top of that, we offer plenty of perks: - 💸 Top-market compensation - 📈 Equity for everyone with the chance to own a piece of what you build - 🤖 Half-day each week dedicated to leveling up with AI by exploring new tools, iterating hard, and sharpening your skills - 🌴 Yearly offsite in amazing locations and budget for team-building events & monthly in-person gatherings - 💪 Contribution to your ClassPass subscription - 🍼 8-week leave paid 100% for the second parent - …and much more, check the full list here https://notion.so/joko/20f4ead2bfc54137b9d805bd9abbb758?pvs=4&v=e2baac50c1844149a219895e0d1c2912! ## 🤝 OUR HIRING PROCESS 1.
