Cato Networks is the first company to converge enterprise networking and security into one centralized and global service that is delivered by cloud. It is led by networking and security pioneer Shlomo Kramer (Check Point, Imperva) and early investor (Palo Alto Networks, Exabeam, Trusteer and more). Cato’s unique technology inspired a brand-new product category, later named “SASE” by Gartner and a market expected to reach $28.5 billion by 2028. This is your opportunity to get on the rocket ship and join a company that is building a cutting-edge enterprise network and secure cloud platform, and is on a fast track to becoming the worldwide market leader – don’t miss it! Data is at the heart of every business—and as AI changes how organizations use it, protecting and governing that data has never mattered more. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our AI & Data Security department and shape how enterprises discover, understand, govern, and protect their sensitive data. You’ll bring proven experience in this domain, a strong product perspective, and the drive to turn complex security challenges into products customers love to use. The opportunity You’ll own a strategic product area spanning Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and data governance, with meaningful influence over its vision, roadmap, and execution. Working closely with customers, engineering, security researchers, and design, you’ll build capabilities that help organizations answer essential questions: Where is our sensitive data? Who can access it? Where are we exposed? And what should we do next? This is an opportunity to combine technical depth, customer insight, and product judgment to deliver measurable impact—and help enterprises adopt AI with confidence. ## What you’ll do - Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area, connecting customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals. - Lead discovery with enterprise customers and security and governance teams to understand their challenges, validate opportunities, and shape solutions. - Drive capabilities across sensitive-data discovery and classification, exposure management, access governance, risk prioritization, and remediation. - Translate complex technical and policy requirements into intuitive workflows, clear product requirements, and actionable development priorities. - Partner with engineering, research, and design throughout the product lifecycle, making thoughtful tradeoffs around value, usability, accuracy, scale, and performance. - Work with sales, marketing, and customer success to bring capabilities to market, communicate their value, and drive adoption. - Define success measures and use customer feedback and product insights to improve outcomes continuously. - Help shape our broader data security strategy as enterprise environments and AI use cases evolve. ## What you’ll bring - 3+ years of product management experience building B2B enterprise software, including substantial experience in data security, DSPM, or security-focused data governance. - A proven track record of delivering products in this domain, with examples of capabilities you owned, customer adoption, and the impact they achieved. - A strong understanding of sensitive-data discovery and classification, data exposure, permissions and access controls, and security or governance policies. - Technical fluency in cloud and enterprise data environments, with the ability to discuss architecture, integrations, and technical tradeoffs confidently with engineering teams. - Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to turn complex, sometimes conflicting needs into a clear product direction. - Experience owning a product area from strategy through launch and iteration, balancing long-term ambition with focused delivery. - Clear communication and the ability to align teams, influence decisions, and explain complex ideas to different audiences. - Curiosity, initiative, and sound judgment when working through ambiguity. ## Experience that would be a plus - Data lineage, catalogs, retention, residency, or compliance and audit workflows. - DLP, database security, identity and permissions, or automated remediation. - Products spanning cloud, SaaS, and on-premises data environments. - Securing data used by AI applications, copilots, or agents. - Working directly with enterprise security leaders, data owners, and governance teams. ## Why this role You’ll work on a consequential problem with room to shape both the product and its direction. Your decisions will help customers understand their data, reduce exposure, and put governance into practice—while enabling their businesses to move forward. We value different paths into product management. If you bring proven experience in data security or security-focused data governance, strong product judgment, and the ambition to build something that matters, we’d love to hear from you—even if you don’t meet every preferred qualification. ## About Cato Networks ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Cato Networks provides the world’s leading single-vendor SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) platform, converging networking and security into a global, AI-powered cloud service. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series G funded, valuation >$4.8B) - **Headquarters**: Tel Aviv, Israel - **Founded**: 2015 - **Founders**: Shlomo Kramer (Co-Founder & CEO) and Eyal Heiman (Co-Founder & CTO) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: Computer and Network Security (SASE, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, Cloud Security) - **Target customers**: Enterprise organizations (B2B) of all sizes, from mid-market to large global enterprises - **Mission or purpose statement**: To redefine enterprise security for the digital and AI era by simplifying infrastructure, unifying policy, and embedding security and AI into the digital business. ## Products & Services - **Cato SASE Cloud Platform**: A cloud-native service that converges SD-WAN, network security (firewall, threat prevention), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) into a single, global, AI-powered cloud service. - **Cato SSE (Security Service Edge)**: A standalone security offering that provides zero-trust protection, AI-driven incident detection, and data security independent of networking infrastructure. - **Cato Next Gen Networking**: A software-defined, cloud-optimized networking solution for resilient, high-performance connectivity between users, sites, and clouds. - **Cato AI Security**: A suite of capabilities securing AI interactions, including safe use of third-party AI, runtime protection of homegrown AI apps, and protection against agentic AI threats. - **Unified Management (CMA) & Platform API**: A single-pane-of-glass management application and API for policy enforcement, monitoring, and automation. ## Market Standing - **Valuation**: Over $4.8 billion (as of 2025) - **Key Metric**: Over $350 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in 2025, growing at 43% year-over-year. - **Total Funding**: Over $1 billion raised since 2015 (Series G of $409M led by Vitruvian Partners and ION Crossover Partners in July 2025). - **Notable Investors/Partners**: Greylock, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Aspect Ventures, U.S. Venture Partners, Swisscom Ventures, Vitruvian Partners, ION Crossover Partners. - **Growth Signals**: Named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for SASE Platforms for the second consecutive year.
