You'll own the end-to-end Community & Live product, and contribute to north star goals including DAU, high quality creator ratio, and trading conversion within the community, underpinned by a robust safety & moderation stack. ## What You’ll Be Doing Community & Livesteam Product - Own the community and livestream product roadmap: content strategy, content curation, and content recommendation to improve discovery, engagement, and retention. - Drive user segmentation and interest discovery — build the frameworks and tooling to understand user cohorts and personalize content and community experiences at scale. - Define and improve community content quality standards; own the content/community ecosystem governance roadmap. Creator & Fan Ecosystem - Build the creator and fan economy: creator incentive programs, tasks/missions, creator leveling systems, and tiered benefits that deepen streamer-fan and creator-fan relationships. - Build up creator lifecycle product capability, including discovery, engagement, onboard, grow, retain, and off-board phases. - Drive community's user education, product adoption, and trading conversion via innovative ways including internal advertising, fan economy mechanics, and trader leaderboards to achieve strong content- and trader-driven growth.
