This includes managing internal and external stakeholders, developing product iteration plans, establishing and maintaining standards, translating user stories into an API specification, completing competitor analysis, and more. ## What You’ll Be Doing - Gather business requirements and API feedback from both internal and external sources, such as feedback from institutional customers, and continuously improve the API product through effective iterative mechanisms. - Study the competitive landscape and industry trends, transforming this information into actionable API product iteration plans that align with the company's actual needs. - Utilize data analytics to create data-driven insights to understand client behaviour. - Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with customers and strategic partners, using their feedback to guide product enhancements and future development. ## What We Look For In You - Demonstrates a strong interest in both the blockchain and finance industries. - Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or Engineering, preferably related to trading or technology platforms. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance. - Proactive and self-driven, with a logical and data-driven mindset, strong team collaboration skills, and effective communication abilities. - Proficiency in English & Conversational Mandarin (preferred to cross functionally communicate with non-english speaking engineers).
