The future of payments is being built today, and at Paymentology, we are looking for people who want to help shape it. We power card issuing for leading banks, fintechs and digital brands across the globe, and as we continue to grow, we are looking for curious, ambitious people who thrive on solving complex challenges, embrace innovation and want to make a tangible impact at global scale. We’re looking for a Product Manager to act as the link between product vision and execution, ensuring that our International Money Movement product aligns with market demands, design standards, and governance protocols. This role is key to shaping product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the product roadmap alongside engineering to deliver impactful, scalable solutions. This is a unique opportunity to build and launch a new International Money Movement product from the ground up. You will be instrumental in taking the product from early execution through commercialisation and long-term scale. The team operates in a high-autonomy, AI-first environment, and you will have significant ownership and influence on the product’s direction. If you have experience in product management, international payments, and delivering 0→1 products in fast-paced, resource-lean environments, this is your chance to make a global impact. What you get to do: Planning & Strategy - Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning in international payments and remittance. - Analyse data to inform product decisions, features, and enhancements. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals. - Define and manage the product roadmap, including features, milestones, and timelines for an AI-enabled, commercially oriented product. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with client-facing teams, engineering, sales, compliance, legal, fraud, and commercial teams to drive product development. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support across all phases of the product lifecycle. Execution & Delivery - Define and prioritise product features based on customer feedback, business objectives, and commercial opportunities. - Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and technical flows for development teams. - Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch, optimisation, and scaling. - Monitor progress, manage risks, and adapt strategies as needed to ensure successful delivery and market adoption. Product Launch & Optimisation - Plan and execute the launch of a new International Money Movement product, collaborating with sales and marketing. - Gather and analyse user and customer feedback to continuously improve product performance, usability, and adoption. Performance & Innovation - Define and track KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and growth. - Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, articulating product outcomes and progress. - Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in international payments, remittance, and AI-enabled product development. - Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous product enhancement. Customer Engagement - Engage directly with customers and clients to gather insights, address concerns, and understand needs in the international payment and remittance space. - Present the product in client sales meetings, RFPs, and industry events. - Collaborate with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution. What it takes to succeed: - Significant experience (ideally 8+ years) in product management, with a strong emphasis on international money movement, remittance, cross-border payments, or acquiring. - Built products from 0→1; proven launch and commercialisation experience. - Deep knowledge of international payments, remittance, wallets, and account-to-account payments. - Technical competence: able to read technical flows, work with APIs, and partner effectively with Engineering. - Commercial mindset: able to explain product value, present to customers, and drive adoption. - Strategic thinker who owns the vision, challenges assumptions, and identifies new opportunities. - Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and adaptability to fast-changing environments. - Hands-on, high-autonomy approach; comfortable with ambiguity and lean resources. - AI-curious, with a willingness to leverage AI tools for rapid product development. - Not just a Product Owner—must be proactive in product evangelism, customer discovery, and market shaping. - Experience with SQL, data-driven decision-making, and using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) is highly advantageous. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. If you want to own, launch, and scale a global money movement product, driving both technical and commercial impact from day one, we want to hear from you. At Paymentology, we believe that making a difference starts with the people behind the work. You will be part of a diverse, global team of Paymentologists who are united by a shared mission to advance the world through payments. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work, collaborate across markets and functions, and help shape the future of a business with global reach and real impact.
