Job Summary: オンラインデーティングアプリ「Pairs」の成長を支える「Product Manager（プロダクトマネージャー）」を募集します。プロダクトマネージャーとして、ユーザー体験の向上施策案とプロダクト改善案の立案・実行に重点を置きます。そのため、製品の全体像を定性的な観点と定量的な観点の両面から把握し、施策立案に活かすことが必要です。また、様々な職種とコラボレーションを実現しながら、プロダクトの成長を加速させるため主体性のある動きが求められます。

【仕事から得られるもの】 大規模 toCサービスのグロース経験 グローバルな環境での業務経験

What You’ll Do: プロダクトKPI・KGIを改善するための施策立案 要件ドキュメント (PRD) の作成 テックチームとデザイナーチームと連携し、詳細仕様の策定と開発ディレクション 分析チームと連携した、リリース後のデータの分析と改善案の提案 ステークホルダーへの承認・共有プロセス進行

Basic Qualifications:

- プロダクトマネジメントの経験（3年以上）

- データに基づいた論理的な意思決定力

- ステークホルダーに、意図や戦略を理解させる説明能力

- UX観点とビジネス観点を両立させるアイディアの発想力

- 流暢（Fluent）にコミュニケーションができる日本語能力

- 読み書きができ、簡単な会話ができる英語能力

Preferred Qualifications:

- マッチングアプリの利用経験

- オンラインデーティングサービスの利用経験

- SQLを用いた分析スキル

- AIツールを用いた業務効率改善スキル

- toCアプリの開発・運用の経験

- 他職種を巻き込むコラボレーション経験

- ビジネスレベルの英語能力
