We operate at the intersection of clinical workflows and technology, building products that directly impact the accuracy, timeliness, and safety of orders for residents, caregivers, and the providers who serve them. You're comfortable engaging directly with customers, collaborating across teams to solve meaningful problems, and bringing a natural curiosity and growth mindset to continuously improve outcomes and maximize value. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution - someone who can translate complexity into clarity, turn insight into action, and consistently deliver meaningful value for customers. If you're energized by complex problems, motivated by purpose, and ready to shape what AI-powered order management looks like in senior care – you could be a great fit. Position Summary: The Product Manager position will be responsible for the successful delivery of products and functionality including migration tooling, onboarding tools and clinical workflows to support senior care buildings in all things orders management. You will create compelling value for users and customers while driving strategic growth for the business. The role also focuses on identifying opportunities to modernize and enhance established products through AI, automation, and intelligent workflows that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Own product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for your portion of orders related products, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals. Manage products through the full product lifecycle, from discovery, strategy, and prioritization through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. Drive product decisions using customer feedback, market research, product analytics, regulatory requirements, and business value rather than solely responding to feature requests. Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product areas, developing a deep understanding of product functionality, customer workflows, and the value delivered to end users. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to translate customer needs into meaningful product outcomes. Serve as the voice of the customer to a scrum team(s) and maintain a prioritized backlog of requirements and other artifacts to support engineering teams in delivering on product priorities. Assess product investment opportunities and incoming requests with thoughtful, data-informed analysis, providing clear recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders. Identify opportunities to modernize legacy products through AI capabilities, automation, and smarter workflows that increase customer value and efficiency. Navigate complex healthcare, clinical, and regulatory environments and translate that knowledge into practical product direction and prioritization. Understand company strategy and ensure product plans support broader organizational objectives and long-term growth. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of product management experience. Experience managing software products through the full development lifecycle. Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, pharmacy systems, or regulatory systems. Ability to influence and align engineering, design, and business stakeholders without formal authority. Comfort working with technical concepts, including APIs, integrations, modern software development practices, and platform-based solutions.
