We need a Product Manager to bring a cohesive vision to how we approach the Partner Ecosystem – what does a successful Partner Ecosystem look like? Working with key commercial, marketing, go-to-market, and technical delivery stakeholders, you will identify systemic friction points across partner onboarding, integration certification, ecosystem observability, and day-to-day partner operations and integrations. You will build and scale internal applications, automation frameworks, and data platforms that empower our global teams to scale partner integrations effortlessly and reliably. ## What You'll Do - Define the Product Vision & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end product strategy for internal partner tooling, developer infrastructure, and operational workflows. Translate complex cross-functional challenges into clear product roadmaps with measurable business outcomes. - Build High-Impact Internal Platforms: Design and deliver internal tools and services—such as integration health monitoring, automated regression and compliance testing suites, partner certification portals, and self-service analytics platforms. - Eliminate Operational Overhead: Work closely with Partner Solutions Engineering to identify manual, repetitive operational bottlenecks in partner onboarding and integration maintenance.
