## Job description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our talented team. As a Product Manager at Pine Games, you will play a pivotal role in creating timeless and evergreen games, that our users will enjoy for years to come.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction of the game
- Design and implement new game features based on both analytical and creative process
- Plan and execute the product roadmap, making data-driven iterations when necessary, and optimize player engagement and retention
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make sure of a smooth execution
- Analyze key performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on product features and drive continuous improvement

Desired skills and experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a reputable university
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry, experience with casual games is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive product decisions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
