Creators turn a simple idea into a fully produced, long-form video—research, script, voiceover, visuals, motion graphics, and rendering—in under an hour. No timelines. No editing headaches. Just intent → finished video. We’re building a new way to create video that feels more like writing than editing, and we’re already seeing strong traction from serious creators and media teams. If you’re excited about AI, creator tools, and building category-defining products from first principles, you’ll fit right in. ## THE ROLE We’re hiring a Product Manager to streamline execution and product delivery across multiple teams, including both standard development and R&D/AI work. You’ll work directly with founders and engineering leads to: 1. define strategy and priorities 2. translate that strategy into clear requirements 3. manage cross-team execution in Jira 4. enforce accountability, visibility, and predictable delivery 5. help the team ship high-quality work faster without chaos This role blends classic product thinking with strong Product Ops / Delivery instincts. ## WHAT YOU’LL DO ## STRATEGY & PRIORITIZATION 1. Help define the product strategy for the next 4–12 weeks 2. Translate company goals into a focused roadmap 3. Make tradeoffs and say “no” when necessary to protect velocity ## REQUIREMENTS & PLANNING 1. Write clear, concrete feature requirements before development starts 2. Align frontend and backend expectations early to avoid mismatches late 3. Define ownership: who’s responsible for what, and what “done” means ## EXECUTION & ACCOUNTABILITY 1. Own Jira: maintain a clean backlog, run sprint planning, and drive follow-through 2. Track progress and surface blockers early (before a task stalls for weeks) 3. Improve team velocity and visibility across time zones ## MANAGING R&D / AI WORK 1. Structure exploration work using “spikes” and experiments 2. Reduce endless trial-and-error by defining: 3. why the experiment exists 4. what success looks like 5. how long it runs before a decision is made 6. Keep research aligned to strategy rather than constantly chasing new trends ## TEAM PROCESS 1. Establish lightweight rituals that actually help (standups, planning, retros) 2. Create meeting structures that work across time zones (e.g., two-pass sync + notes) 3. Improve internal documentation and communication flow ## WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (MOST IMPORTANT) 1. Strong experience shipping product in fast-moving environments 2. Excellent at writing requirements that eliminate ambiguity 3. Confident prioritizer: can protect focus and reduce roadmap chaos 4. Highly organized and execution-driven: you push work to completion 5. Deep Jira experience (backlog hygiene, sprint planning, workflows) 6. Able to coordinate distributed teams across time zones 7. Great communicator: you align stakeholders without creating friction 8. Comfortable working with technical teams, including AI/R&D workflows ## NICE TO HAVE 1. Experience with creator tools, media products, or video workflows 2. Experience managing hybrid teams (product + R&D + engineering) 3. Strong background as a business analyst or product ops lead 4. Experience building internal systems/processes from scratch ## HOW WE WORK 1. Small team, high ownership — you’ll drive outcomes directly 2. Lightweight process: crisp requirements, fast iteration, measurable results 3. Strong bias to action and clarity 4. We value execution, not performative process ## About VIDRUSH AI STUDIOS LLP ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: VidRush is an AI-native video production platform that turns briefs into professional long-form videos (documentaries, explainers, top-10 lists) in under an hour using autonomous AI agents. - **Entity Type**: Private (Angel stage, raised $1.2M) - **Headquarters**: London, England, United Kingdom (32 Kinburn Street, London SE16 6DW) - **Founded**: 2025 - **Founders**: Ozan Yurtsever and Soner Abay (original members; both resigned in November 2025 and were replaced by corporate entities Vidura Labs FZCO and Vidrush Solutions FZCO) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: AI video generation / Creative production technology - **Target customers**: B2B – newsrooms, broadcasters, sports rights holders, archive licensors, creator networks, and businesses that need high-volume long-form video content (documentaries, breakdowns, explainers, listicles). - **Mission statement**: “Less production. More publishing.” – enabling teams to publish professional video content without the traditional production bottleneck. ## Products & Services - **VidRush Platform (Core)**: AI agents (researcher, scriptwriter, motion designer, editor, sound designer) that work in parallel to produce a 6–40 minute video from a brief. Includes a full drag-and-drop editor for fine-tuning. Output is 80% of the way there; the editor handles the rest. Supports custom scripts, voiceovers, and footage. - **VidRush Atlas**: Enterprise product that connects to a customer’s own footage archive and repurposes it into new videos (documentaries, compilations, social cuts) without growing headcount. - **Pricing**: Plans start at $99/month; cost per finished minute ranges from $1.93 to $2.72 depending on plan. Yearly billing saves 20%. Enterprise pricing is “coming soon”. ## Market Standing - **Valuation/Market Cap**: Not disclosed - **Key Metric**: Total raised $1.2M in Angel funding (as of early 2025) - **Notable Investors/Partners**: Andrew Zagorodniy (lead investor). Corporate members include Vidura Labs FZCO and Vidrush Solutions FZCO. - **Growth Signals**: - Launched in 2025 and already serving creator networks and newsrooms. - Introduced VidRush Atlas for enterprise archive repurposing. - Achieved SOC 2 compliance with tenant isolated workspaces and full asset rights. - 11 employees as of mid-2025, indicating a lean, high-output team. ## Competitive Advantages - **Full production pipeline in one platform**: AI handles research, scripting, narration, footage sourcing, editing, music, and motion graphics – no template-based output. - **Control and quality**: Users see the full plan (script, footage choices, voice, style, cost) before generation. A full editor allows clip-level changes without regenerating. - **Licensed footage sourcing**: Customers can choose from trusted, licensed, and public-domain sources, reducing legal risk. - **SOC 2 compliance**: Tenant isolation and audit trails make it suitable for enterprise media organizations. ## Strategic Focus - **Enterprise expansion**: Atlas product and “Enterprise (Coming soon)” pricing tier target large media companies. - **Scaling output quality**: Continued investment in AI agents that match the skills of human crews (researcher, scriptwriter, motion designer, editor, sound designer). - **Footage archive monetization**: Helping rights holders and broadcasters turn existing libraries into new revenue streams. ## Why Work Here - **Culture**: AI-native, fast-moving startup where “less production, more publishing” is the mantra. Emphasis on building tools that feel like a senior editor, motion designer, and scriptwriter on demand. - **Remote-first**: Employees work remotely; offices in London (UK) and United Arab Emirates. - **Notable perks**: 24/7 support for users, but internally a small team (11 people) means high ownership and impact. Roles posted include Senior Python Backend Engineer, Backend Engineer (TypeScript/React + AWS), Head of Growth, Marketing Manager, Automation QA Engineer, and Product Manager. - **Engineering culture**: Building autonomous AI agents that must produce publish-ready video – requires deep work in AI, video processing, and scalable cloud infrastructure. ## Sources 1.
