## About The Role

## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

The Product Manager owns the day-to-day execution of PHM's product roadmap—running sprints, driving analytics-informed decisions, and shipping features that move users toward better mental health outcomes. This role exists to free up strategic bandwidth while ensuring a steady drumbeat of small, high-impact wins. This is a full-time, in-office position.

## WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own sprint planning and delivery cadence using Linear, keeping engineering focused and accountable
- Identify low-effort, high-reward opportunities through analytics and user feedback
- Write and own PRDs for new features, running them through product leadership
- Partner with engineering and design to ship quickly with minimal overhead
- Use modern AI tools to accelerate analysis, ticket creation, and documentation
- Build and maintain dashboards that surface actionable insights for the team and leadership
- Contribute to capacity planning and delivery forecasting for management visibility

## WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Product management experience in a fast-moving startup or early-stage environment
- Demonstrated ability to ship without a large support structure around you
- Comfort with data: college-level statistics or professional analytics experience; you don't need SQL—you need to think clearly about what the data means
- Familiarity with healthcare, mental health, insurance, or marketplace domains (preferred)
- Experience with or strong interest in using AI tools to accelerate product work
- Resourceful, low-ego, high-agency mindset
- A belief in our mission: connecting millions of Americans to mental health services that actually work for them

The annual salary for this role is $130,000–$170,000, commensurate with experience and fit.
