Partner with leadership on keynotes, customer conversations, analyst engagement, and other opportunities to establish Factory as a category leader. - Measure and improve impact. Define success metrics and use market feedback, customer research, product adoption, and revenue data to refine messaging and programs. - Champion the Factory voice. Ensure every customer-facing narrative reflects the clarity, ambition, and technical credibility behind our mission to bring autonomy to software engineering. ## Qualifications - 5+ years of product marketing or related go-to-market experience, including experience at a high-growth AI, infrastructure, or developer-product company. - Experience defining positioning and go-to-market strategy for technical products sold to F500 and enterprise customers. - Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling craft, meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to make sophisticated technical concepts compelling to business and technical audiences. - Experience leading major product launches and coordinating cross-functional teams around a shared strategy. - Strong customer and market instincts, supported by a rigorous, data-informed approach to research and decision-making. - The ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels in a fast-moving environment. - Strong executive presence, the ability to partner across Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing, deeply collaborative and team oriented. - A passion for working at the frontier, developers, AI, autonomy, and shaping how a new category is understood and adopted.
