Observability that turns AI blind spots into measured signals, coaching that improves how engineers direct AI, and governance that catches risk without surveillance. ## The role This is a six-month, full-time product marketing internship, based in our Bengaluru office. Most of our marketing already runs on AI agents. We have a content engine built on Claude (for SEO blogs, founder LinkedIn content, Reddit programs, YouTube scripts), outbound infrastructure on Apollo/HubSpot, and competitive intelligence workflows. You will not be shadowing this machine — you will be running parts of it. You own the content engine, and you support the rest of the marketing function alongside the team. If your instinct when given a repetitive task is "I should build a skill/workflow for this," you'll fit. If your instinct is to open a blank doc, this will frustrate you. ## What you'll own 1. Content engine - Run the SEO blog pipeline: briefs, drafts, editorial QA against our standards, publishing, and refresh cycles - Ship LinkedIn posts and company page content on a weekly calendar - Draft and iterate YouTube scripts, titles, descriptions, and thumbnail concepts; track what actually earns clicks - Keep website and landing page copy current, and flag what has gone stale 1. Outbound and growth ops - Help run the email and social outbound machine: list building, enrichment, sequence setup, deliverability hygiene - Pull weekly campaign performance into a simple report and call out what isn't working 1. Launch and channel presence - Support launch-week execution across relevant platforms - Help build our G2 and Capterra presence: profile setup, review-generation outreach, drafting responses - Monitor the communities where our buyers actually are, and surface what's worth engaging with 1. Lifecycle and customer marketing - Help draft the PLG email lifecycle: onboarding nurture for new signups and activation prompts - Assist on case studies — interview notes, first drafts, and capturing named customer quotes - Keep sales assets tidy and current: one-pagers, pitch deck updates, battlecards ## What we need - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, with 0–1 years of experience. A prior marketing internship, a blog or newsletter you run, or a side project you actually shipped all count. - AI-native. You use Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor daily as a working tool, not a novelty. You can show us prompts, workflows, or agents you've built to do your own work faster. This is the single biggest filter — it matters more to us than your CV. - Strong writing skills. You'll be editing AI output for a technical US audience, so you need the judgment to catch what's generic, wrong, or off-brand. - Reliability. Outbound infrastructure fails quietly. We need someone who checks the dashboard before anyone asks. - Available full-time, in office in Bengaluru, for the full six months. Nice to have: exposure to Apollo.io, HubSpot or similar tools, basic SEO fundamentals, curiosity about the developer tools ecosystem, basic video or design editing (Canva, CapCut, Figma). ## What you'll get - A front-row seat to a US GTM launch, working directly with the founders - The most AI-leveraged marketing stack you'll find at any company this size — you'll build skills most marketers won't have for years - Real ownership from week one. No approval chains, no busywork - A monthly stipend, and a full-time offer on the table for interns who perform ## About Workloom ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Workloom (also operating as Epifi) builds an AI Engineering Intelligence platform, Tetriz, that helps engineering organizations become AI-native by measuring, coaching, and governing the use of AI coding tools. - **Entity Type**: Private startup (seed/early stage based on job descriptions) - **Headquarters**: Bangalore, India (multiple roles listed as Bangalore) - **Founded**: Not publicly available from search results - **Founders**: Not publicly available; the team is described as the core engineering team behind Fi (a fintech neobank) and as an experienced founding team with a track record of building and scaling successful companies. ## Core Business - Primary industry: AI Engineering Intelligence / Developer Tools / DevOps & Productivity - Target customers: Engineering organizations (VP Engineering, CTOs, CPTOs) at growth-stage and scale-up companies; B2B SaaS for enterprises. - Mission or purpose: To help engineering organizations become AI-native, faster – by measuring AI tool usage, improving engineer effectiveness through coaching, and providing board-ready ROI insights. ## Products & Services - **Tetriz**: An AI Engineering Intelligence platform. It measures how AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot are actually used; provides prompt and workflow coaching to improve engineer effectiveness; and offers governance and ROI analytics for engineering leaders. - **Platform Type**: SaaS / cloud-based software. ## Market Standing - **Valuation/Market Cap**: Not disclosed. - **Key Metric**: Total funding not disclosed; the company has strong commercial momentum in India and is expanding into North America. Headcount is early-stage (small team building a whole product). - **Notable Investors/Partners**: Not publicly available from search results. - **Growth Signals**: Launching a US market presence with a dedicated GTM lead; hiring across core full-stack, DevOps, product marketing, and GTM roles; building a category-defining product in the AI engineering space. ## Competitive Advantages - First-mover or early entrant in the AI Engineering Intelligence category – a new space that combines observability, coaching, and governance for AI coding tool usage. - Product built by an experienced team that previously scaled fintech systems for over 3 million users (Fi). - AI-native workflow: the company uses LLMs and Clay-style workflows internally to research, prospect, and personalize at scale, which is also a product differentiator. - Deep focus on engineering leadership buyers (not IT or procurement), building real relationships in developer-tooling communities. ## Strategic Focus - Current priorities: Expanding the US market (hiring a Founding GTM Lead, North America); strengthening India GTM motion; building the core infrastructure for low-latency, resilient multi-agent orchestration; and defining the product category. - Long-term direction: Becoming the standard platform for engineering organizations to measure, improve, and demonstrate ROI from AI coding tools. ## Why Work Here - **Culture highlights**: Start-up environment with a strong builder mindset; team of experienced founders who built and scaled a major fintech product; emphasis on using AI leverage in all workflows. - **Remote/hybrid/office policy**: Roles are a mix – on-site (Bangalore), hybrid, and some remote. The majority of openings are on-site (83% according to one search snippet). - **Notable perks or engineering culture**: Engineers are expected to treat ML systems as their primary craft while being willing to do whatever the product needs. The selection process includes technical interviews and a take-home assignment. The company aspires to an inclusive culture and hires solely on merit. ## Sources 1.
