## Job description

At Nord Security’s B2B team, we build cybersecurity products that enable businesses to protect themselves and their data. From product and engineering to sales, marketing, and data — our teams work closely together to deliver secure, scalable solutions trusted by companies around the world. Your impact? We are looking for a strategic and business-minded Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for NordLayer's network security product — from positioning through go-to-market. You will be the person who defines how the product is understood, both inside the company and in the market, and you will coordinate the cross-functional work to make it happen. This is not a support role: you will shape strategy, influence decisions beyond your own scope, and be recognized as a trusted voice across the organization. You'll be joining at a pivotal moment, as NordLayer sharpens its positioning from a business VPN toward a modern network security platform — and product marketing is central to making that shift land in the market. You'll join a growth engine team alongside a Head of Growth, a fellow PMMs, and dedicated paid media, SEO, and partnerships specialists — supported by other teams including web product, design, content, customer insights, and marketing automation. You'll also work hand-in-hand with product and sales teams. If you want ownership with real strategic weight — not just execution — we'd like to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

- Craft product positioning, messaging, and launch narratives that clearly differentiate the product in the market;
- Define and execute product-specific go-to-market strategy, deciding what is worth marketing and how;
- Coordinate product launches and PMM work across cross-functional stakeholders, end-to-end;
- Direct sales enablement efforts and create high-quality assets that help sales communicate value effectively;
- Build and maintain deep product-level market, buyer, and competitor understanding — and use it to influence roadmaps and strategy;
- Own strategic initiatives such as new segment entry, pricing, or expansion — not just day-to-day delivery;
- Translate complex product features into clear customer value through sharp briefs that create alignment, not confusion;
- Design experiments and learning loops to validate strategy with evidence, not opinion;

Core Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of owning positioning, messaging, and launches end-to-end.
- Demonstrated cross-functional influence: you drive outcomes through teams you don't manage.
- A data-driven approach to market analysis and customer insights, combined with marketing channel performance analysis and a strong experimentation mindset.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
