This is a highly strategic role that requires deep experience in product marketing, a strong understanding of the developer-focused SaaS landscape, and a proven ability to drive revenue through compelling positioning, messaging, and execution. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will partner with our Sr. Product Marketing Manager to own the development and execution of marketing strategies that resonate with our target customers, influence our roadmap, and enable our go-to-market teams. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, market expansion, and revenue growth. ## What You’ll Do - Customer Insights & Voice of Customer – Lead a structured customer research program across segments and ICPs to deeply understand how teams build, adopt, and scale communications and AI-driven workflows. Conduct regular interviews with customers, prospects, and churned accounts to surface actionable insights that inform messaging, product direction, and go-to-market strategy. - Customer Advisory Program – Own and operate Nylas’ Customer Advisory Board, managing a regular forum for strategic customers to engage directly with our product team.
