## What We're Researching

We're running a paid study on go-to-market strategies tailored to independent retail operations. Specifically, we are evaluating a new appointment management tool designed for independent bicycle repair shops. This research helps us refine our initial product positioning and identify hidden risks before launch. How It Works You will complete an asynchronous, remote review of a short go-to-market brief. During this task, you will read through our target audience assumptions, proposed messaging, and launch plan. Next, you will write a short report that clearly separates unsubstantiated assumptions from hard evidence. Finally, you will recommend one low-cost validation step to test our riskiest assumption without conducting new market outreach. Who This Is For We welcome Product Marketing Managers, GTM Strategists, and early-stage Product Managers with experience in retail software or small business tools. Candidates should have a strong grasp of market validation techniques and startup strategy. Familiarity with independent bike shops or local service businesses is a strong plus, though not strictly required.
