Deine Mission & Herausforderungen

Als Product Owner NeuraGym Cloud Platform bist du für die Vision, Roadmap und das Backlog der Cloud- und Edge-Software von NeuraGym verantwortlich – unserer Physical AI Data & Training Platform. Du triffst die Produktentscheidungen für diesen Bereich und übernimmst Verantwortung für die Ergebnisse. Gemeinsam mit dem Product Owner NeuraGym, der für das Gesamtprodukt verantwortlich ist, übersetzt du eine gemeinsame Vision in ein klares Backlog für unsere Engineering-Teams und daraus in funktionierende Software, die in jedem Sprint ausgeliefert wird und unsere Roboter Schritt für Schritt intelligenter macht.

- Verantwortung für das Backlog: Du organisierst, verfeinerst und kommunizierst das Product Backlog so, dass die Teams jederzeit wissen, was am wichtigsten ist und warum. Du formulierst klare Backlog Items mit aussagekräftigen Akzeptanzkriterien.
- Produktgestaltung: Du entscheidest, welche Features umgesetzt werden – und welche nicht. Dabei wägest du Nutzerwert, Aufwand, Risiko und strategische Relevanz gegeneinander ab und machst deine Entscheidungen transparent.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem NeuraGym Product Owner: Du übersetzt die übergeordnete Produktstrategie in konkrete Ziele für die Cloud-Plattform, hältst beide Roadmaps synchron und vertrittst gegenüber Kunden und Stakeholdern eine gemeinsame Linie.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur und Führung: Du arbeitest eng mit der Bereichsleitung und unseren Architekten zusammen, um neue Features mit Sicherheit, Mandantentrennung, Skalierbarkeit und technischer Verschuldung in Einklang zu bringen. Du strukturierst die Arbeit entlang klarer Domänengrenzen, sodass Teams möglichst unabhängig liefern können.
- Verstehe deine Nutzer: Du kennst die Bedürfnisse von Robotik-Operatoren, ML-Researchern, Data Teams, Partnern und Kundenadministratoren. Du bringst ihr Feedback in Reviews ein und prüfst kontinuierlich, ob unsere Lösungen ihre tatsächlichen Probleme lösen.
- Agile Delivery: Du definierst Produktziele und gestaltest Planning, Refinements und Reviews so, dass sie für die Teams echten Mehrwert schaffen.
- Skalierung von Anfang an mitdenken: Du gestaltest eine Plattform, die viele Kunden in unterschiedlichen Regionen bedienen kann – mit Kostentransparenz und zuverlässigem Betrieb von Beginn an.
- Das Ökosystem verbinden: Du koordinierst dich mit weiteren Teams innerhalb unserer Cloud-Plattform sowie mit Robotics- und AI-Teams zu gemeinsamen Fähigkeiten und Abhängigkeiten – von Identity und Organisationen bis hin zum Deployment auf unsere Roboter.

Was wir von dir erwarten

- Fundierte Erfahrung: Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Product Ownership oder Product Management für Softwareprodukte, idealerweise im Bereich B2B-Plattformen, SaaS oder Data- und ML-Tooling.
- Agile Arbeitsweise: Du hast Erfahrung in agilen Teams, idealerweise mit Scrum, und setzt Methoden pragmatisch statt dogmatisch ein.
- Stakeholder Management: Du hast souverän mit zahlreichen Stakeholdern mit unterschiedlichen und teils konkurrierenden Interessen gearbeitet – bis hin zum Senior Management – und kannst begründet auch einmal Nein sagen.
- Technisches Verständnis: Du kannst mit Engineers sicher über Cloud-Architekturen, APIs und Domänengrenzen sprechen. Kenntnisse in AWS, Data Pipelines oder ML-Workflows sind ein großer Vorteil; Programmierkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich.
- Plattformerfahrung: Du hast bereits Verantwortung für komplexe, mandantenfähige Plattformprodukte übernommen und verstehst, was Skalierung für Features, Kosten und Betrieb bedeutet.
- Outcome-Orientierung: Du misst Erfolg am Mehrwert für Nutzer und nicht nur am Output. Daten und Nutzerfeedback fließen aktiv in deine Entscheidungen ein.
- Begeisterung für Physical AI: Du möchtest die Zukunft der Robotik aktiv mitgestalten – made in Europe.
- Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst klar und souverän mit Engineers, Kunden und Management. Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich; Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
