## Job description

En tant que Consultant.e Product Owner/Manager chez Thiga, tu joues un rôle clé dans l’accompagnement de nos clients sur leurs enjeux stratégiques et opérationnels liés au Product Management. Ta mission ne se limite pas à gérer un produit : tu apportes une expertise et une vision qui permettent à nos clients de progresser dans leur maturité produit.

🚀 Ton rôle

- En tant que Product Owner/Manager, tu seras consultant·e en immersion au sein des équipes Produit de nos clients.
- Tu incarnes la culture Produit et tu la déclines opérationnellement tout en guidant ton client pour améliorer ses pratiques.
- Véritables touche-à-tout, nos Product Owner /Managers sont à l’intersection du business, de la technologie et du design pour créer des produits à succès et les améliorer en continu.

🎯 Ton Profil

- Tu as une appétence pour le conseil
- Tu rédiges des Users Stories et défini des critères d’acceptation
- Tu crées, maintiens et priorises ton backlog
- Tu sais identifier et prioriser les besoins utilisateurs et business de ton client
- Tu contribues à l’élaboration de la roadmap et la planification de futures versions de ton produit avec une stratégie user-centric
- Tu définis et priorises les fonctionnalités de ton produit en recueillant le feedback utilisateur et en menant des ateliers avec les développeurs, le business et les métiers
- Tu manipules Jira, Figma, des API...
- Idéalement tu as intégré l'IA Générative dans ton workflow quotidien (prompt engineering, analyse de données, rédaction de doc) et tu mènes une veille active sur ses impacts pour transformer les pratiques Produit.

- La communication : tu donnes de la visibilité et t’exprimes de manière synthétique en étant également à l’écoute des autres.
- La diplomatie : tu sais dire non tout en défendant tes idées et tes convictions.
- La curiosité : tu t’informes des nouveautés et des meilleures pratiques en Product Management.
- L’humilité : tu sais te remettre en question et apprendre de tes erreurs.
- Shameless : you speak English with confidence ! (Même si quand tu prononces beer, bird, bear ou beard ça se termine en quiproquo 🍺 🐥 🐻 🧔🏻)

📇 Compétences relationnelles

- Ton diplôme, ce n’est pas ce qu’on va vraiment regarder, en revanche tu justifies d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience (hors alternance et stage) en tant que Product Owner et/ou Product Manager dans un environnement produit.
