## Job description

En tant que Consultant.e Senior Product Manager chez Thiga, tu joues un rôle clé dans l’accompagnement de nos clients sur leurs enjeux stratégiques et opérationnels liés au Product Management. Ta mission ne se limite pas à gérer un produit : tu apportes une expertise et une vision qui permettent à nos clients de progresser dans leur maturité produit.

🚀 Ton rôle

- Conseiller et accompagner les entreprises dans la structuration et la transformation de leurs organisations produit (audit, définition de roadmap, coaching des équipes).
- Diffuser la culture produit auprès des clients en animant des ateliers, en formant les équipes et en partageant les meilleures pratiques du marché.
- Définir des stratégies produit impactantes en aidant nos clients à prioriser leurs investissements et à maximiser la valeur créée.
- Intervenir sur des missions variées, allant du coaching d’équipes produit à la mise en place de frameworks de discovery et delivery adaptés à l’organisation du client.
- Participer au rayonnement de Thiga en contribuant à des publications, en animant des conférences et en prenant part à la communauté produit.

🎯 Ton Profil

- Tu as une expérience en Product Management (minimum 5 ans), idéalement avec un parcours varié (startups, scale-ups, grands groupes, conseil). Delivery et discovery n'ont plus de secrets pour toi.
- Tu as déjà accompagné des équipes produit dans leur montée en compétence et tu sais vulgariser des concepts complexes.
- Tu aimes transmettre et conseiller : animer des formations, partager des frameworks et challenger des organisations produit te motive.
- Tu as un esprit analytique et stratégique, te permettant de structurer et transformer des organisations produit. Tu es curieux.se et à l’affût des évolutions du Product Management et des meilleures pratiques du marché.
- Tu as un très bon niveau en anglais et es capable de travailler dans un environnement anglophone
- Idéalement tu as intégré l'IA Générative dans ton workflow quotidien (prompt engineering, analyse de données, rédaction de doc) et tu mènes une veille active sur ses impacts pour transformer les pratiques Produit.

📇 Formations & expériences

- Ton diplôme, ce n’est pas ce qu’on va vraiment regarder, en revanche tu justifies d’au moins 4 ans d’expérience (hors alternance et stage) en tant que Product Owner et/ou Product Manager dans un environnement produit.
