The Opportunity: We are seeking to add an experienced Product Owner/Product Manager to our team to lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of our retail options trading applications. This role requires a strong blend of financial markets knowledge, technical expertise, and product leadership. You will oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept through launch and ongoing enhancement—ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering meaningful value to end users. This role combines both Product Manager and Product Owner responsibilities, requiring someone who can define product strategy while also owning day-to-day execution and prioritization. You will be responsible for setting the product vision and roadmap, while also managing backlog prioritization and working closely with engineering to drive delivery. What You’ll Do: Product Strategy & Vision - Define and execute the product roadmap for our retail options trading applications. - Develop a clear product vision aligned with company goals, user needs, and market opportunities. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and product enhancements. - Drive product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and long-term product direction.
