Du bist die technische Instanz im Shopfloor und stellst sicher, dass Produkt, Prozess, Prüfkonzept und Betriebsmittel nahtlos ineinandergreifen und die Fertigung unserer Robotersysteme zuverlässig funktioniert.

Dein Ziel: Robuste, effiziente und qualitätsstabile Fertigungsprozesse aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln, sodass unsere kognitiven und humanoiden Roboter reproduzierbar, fehlerfrei und kosteneffizient produziert werden können.

Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

- Du arbeitest eng mit Produktmanagement, Mechanik‑ und Elektronikentwicklung, Einkauf und Qualität zusammen, um technische Änderungen und Produktverbesserungen produktionsseitig abzusichern.
- Du entwickelst und optimierst Fertigungsprozesse, um Effizienz, Qualität und Prozessstabilität sicherzustellen.
- Du betreust deine Roboterfamilie im Serienbetrieb, analysierst Fehlerbilder und leitest nachhaltige Abstellmaßnahmen ein.
- Du treibst die Automatisierung der Montage gemeinsam mit internen Partnern der Anlagentechnik voran.
- Du implementierst und validierst Mess‑, Prüf‑ und Diagnosetechnik, um funktionale und qualitative Anforderungen sicherzustellen.
- Du gestaltest Material‑ und Informationsflüsse, leitest Layout‑ und Prozessverbesserungen anhand von Lean‑Prinzipien ab und setzt diese um.

Du bist ein technisch versierter, praxisorientierter Ingenieur, der Freude daran hat, moderne Robotersysteme in der Fertigung zu betreuen, technische Probleme zu lösen und Produktionsprozesse nachhaltig zu verbessern. Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und verfügst über ein tiefes Verständnis für die Anforderungen der Serienfertigung softwarebasierter mechatronischer Systeme.

Außerdem bringst du mit:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Mechatronik, Produktionstechnik, Elektrotechnik, Mess‑ und Prüftechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.
- Berufserfahrung in der produktionsnahen Entwicklung, Prüftechnik oder Fertigungsautomatisierung.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Automatisierungstechnik und Sensorik.
- Erfahrung mit Lean‑Methoden und Wertstromanalysen; REFA oder MTM sind von Vorteil.
- Eine analytische und methodische Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis.
- Fähigkeit zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit zwischen Entwicklung, Fertigung, Qualität und Anlagenbau.
- Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung.
