Dein Start im Production Team bei ESN & More! Als Production Improvement Manager (gn) optimierst du unsere Produktionsprozesse und sorgst für effiziente, standardisierte und digitale Abläufe im Shopfloor. Gemeinsam mit Produktion, Qualität und Technik entwickelst du nachhaltige Verbesserungen, stärkst Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards und treibst eine kontinuierliche Verbesserungskultur voran.

Deine Mission bei uns

- Du analysierst Produktionsprozesse und identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale entlang unserer Produktionslinien
- Du entwickelst und implementierst Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Produktivität und Prozessqualität
- Du standardisierst und digitalisierst Produktionsdokumentationen sowie Arbeitsabläufe
- Du führst Audits, Shopfloor Begehungen und Risikoanalysen durch und leitest Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab
- Du arbeitest eng mit Produktion, Quality, HSE, Engineering und IT zusammen, um nachhaltige Verbesserungen umzusetzen
- Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Dokumentationsstandards sowie bei der Schulung von Mitarbeitenden

Deine Erfahrung & Skills

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Produktion, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Qualitätsmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktionsoptimierung, Prozessverbesserung oder im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Lean Management, KVP/CIP, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis oder vergleichbaren Methoden
- Du hast Erfahrung mit Qualitätsstandards wie HACCP, IFS sowie Audit- und Dokumentationsprozessen
- Du arbeitest sicher mit MS Office und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit digitalen Produktions- oder Dokumentationssystemen
- Du bist analytisch, kommunikationsstark und arbeitest gerne bereichsübergreifend sowie lösungsorientiert
