Role Overview: The Production Technician is responsible for assembling small mechanical components, performing quality checks, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This is a full-time temporary position with the potential to convert to a regular employee. This is a Monday to Friday, 1st shift (5:30AM-1:30PM) position. Responsibilities: - Follow detailed assembly instructions and standardized manufacturing procedures. - Assemble components and perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. - Work in compliance with company policies and FDA/ISO regulatory standards. - Complete required documentation and basic administrative tasks accurately. - Identify and report issues related to quality, materials, equipment, or processes - Train and support team members on job tasks as needed. - Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support efficient and safe production. Physical Requirements: - Ability to use hands and fingers to handle small tools and assemble precision components. - Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift. - Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and up to 25 lbs. occasionally. - Strong close vision and ability to distinguish colors for detailed inspection work.
