Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo

Você fará parte da área de Digital Cross Border Product, responsável pelos produtos de International Remittance do Inter, com atuação em transferências internacionais para mais de 60 países. A posição de Products Analyst II terá papel importante na evolução da experiência digital dos clientes, apoiando análises de produto, acompanhamento de indicadores, identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e suporte às decisões estratégicas do time.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

- Acompanhar métricas e indicadores de performance dos produtos de International Remittance.
- Apoiar análises de jornada e experiência dos clientes em produtos Cross Border.
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria em fluxos, funcionalidades e processos digitais.
- Construir reports e análises para suporte à tomada de decisão do time de produto.
- Atuar em parceria com times de tecnologia, operações, UX dados e negócio.
- Monitorar comportamento de produto, incidentes e impactos operacionais.
- Apoiar priorizações e iniciativas estratégicas relacionadas à evolução do produto.
- Contribuir com análises orientadas a dados em um ambiente ágil e colaborativo.

O que buscamos

Obrigatórios:

- Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Tecnologia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência com produto digital, product operations, analytics ou áreas correlatas.
- Perfil analítico e orientado a dados.
- Conhecimento em métricas e acompanhamento de indicadores de produto.
- Vivência trabalhando em ambientes multidisciplinares junto a times de produto e tecnologia.
- Experiência com ferramentas de IA, como Cursor, para apoiar na gestão do dia-a-dia e estratégia do produto cross border
- Excelente comunicação e capacidade de organização.
- Inglês avançado/ fluente

Desejáveis:

- Experiência em fintechs, banking digital, pagamentos ou produtos financeiros.
- Vivência com produtos transacionais ou jornadas digitais.
- Conhecimento em ferramentas como Jira, Confluence e plataformas de analytics.
- Conhecimento em produtos Cross Border, remessas internacionais ou pagamentos globais.
- Experiência com análise de comportamento de usuários e métricas de produto digital.
