As a Professional Customer Support - Casual Hours you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service, resolving customer enquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. - Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers across multiple channels.
- Handle customer enquiries with confidence, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset under pressure.
