Als Business Analist bij Atabix Professional Services sta je midden in de uitdagingen en kansen van de publieke sector. Onze focus ligt volledig op interimdienstverlening we ondersteunen toonaangevende opdrachtgevers met scherpe analyses, heldere inzichten en praktische adviezen die organisaties verder brengen. Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een analytische en resultaatgerichte Business Analist die energie krijgt van het doorgronden van complexe vraagstukken en het vertalen ervan naar concrete verbeteringen. Met jouw ervaring weet je hoe je processen helder in kaart brengt, de juiste vragen stelt en stakeholders meeneemt naar gedragen oplossingen. Je bent communicatief sterk, combineert oog voor detail met strategisch inzicht en weet bruggen te slaan tussen business en IT.

Wat breng je mee?

Eisen

- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Business Analist of in een vergelijkbare rol binnen complexe organisaties.
- Minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met of met de publieke sector.
- Ervaring met het analyseren en optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen en informatiestromen.
- Vermogen om business requirements te vertalen naar functionele specificaties en oplossingen.
- Ervaring met werken in een Agile-omgeving.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk).

Wensen

- Ervaring binnen de publieke sector of met maatschappelijke vraagstukken.
- Ervaring met business cases, impactanalyses en procesmodellering.
- Kennis van data-analyse en/of BI-tools.
- Relevante certificeringen (bijv. BCS, IIBA of AgileBA).

Taken en Verantwoordelijkheden

In deze rol adviseer je over de inrichting van bedrijfsprocessen, de bedrijfsvoering en de informatievoorziening. Hierbij fungeer je als vertaler tussen de business en de IT/Development. Je brengt de behoefte aan informatievoorziening in kaart en formuleert oplossingen en geprioriteerde business requirements. Je werkt actief aan verschillende vooronderzoeken, business impactanalyses, business cases, epics en verbeter voorstellen:

- Uitvoeren van gedetailleerde kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve analyses uit van bedrijfsprocessen en systemen om verbeter potentieel te identificeren.
- Leveren van strategisch inzicht en praktische aanbevelingen om de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van processen te verhogen.
- Het begeleiden van de implementatie van nieuwe processen en functionaliteiten, testen op juistheid en bruikbaarheid.
- Het reviewen van het testplan, mee testen waar dat nodig is.
- Ondersteunen van de ontwikkeling en implementatie van oplossingen die aansluiten bij bedrijfsdoelen.
- Draagt zorg voor een efficiënte inzet van middelen en waarborg de duurzame inzetbaarheid van teamleden, zodat alle projecten op schema blijven.
- Opstellen van gedetailleerde rapporten en aanbevelingen die veranderingen en verbeteringen ondersteunen.
- Overbruggen van de communicatie tussen technologische teams en zakelijke stakeholders.
