Als Projectmanager bij Atabix Professional Services werk je midden in de dynamiek van de publieke sector. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een ondernemende en resultaatgerichte Projectmanager die energie krijgt van het leiden van complexe projecten in de publieke sector. Met jouw ervaring weet je hoe je structuur aanbrengt, teams in beweging krijgt en stakeholders meekrijgt. Je bent communicatief sterk, hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategie en uitvoering. Wat breng je mee? Eisen

- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Projectmanager of in een vergelijkbare rol binnen complexe organisaties.
- Minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare ervaring met projecten in of met de publieke sector.
- Kennis van en ervaring met projectmanagementmethodieken (bijv. Prince2, IPMA of Agile/Scrum).
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden: je houdt overzicht, bewaakt planning en budget en zorgt dat resultaten behaald worden.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk).

Wensen

- Ervaring met verander- of implementatietrajecten.
- Ervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams.
- Affiniteit met digitalisering, data of procesoptimalisatie.
- Relevante certificeringen (Prince2 Practitioner, IPMA, AgilePM of vergelijkbaar).

Verantwoordelijkheden en Taken Als Projectmanager ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen opdrachtgever, team en resultaat. Je zorgt ervoor dat complexe projecten binnen de publieke sector gestructureerd worden aangepakt, dat afspraken worden nagekomen en dat teams optimaal samenwerken om doelen te realiseren. Daarbij houd je altijd het overzicht, bewaak je de voortgang en stuur je bij waar nodig om kwaliteit en impact te waarborgen.

- Leiden en coördineren van meerdere projecten van begin tot eind, zodat doelen binnen tijd, budget en scope worden bereikt.
- Ondersteuning bieden bij de opzet en verbetering van projectstructuren en -processen.
- Samenwerken met interdisciplinaire teams om innovatieve oplossingen te ontwikkelen en implementeren.
- Verzorgen van regelmatige updates en rapportages aan stakeholders over projectvoortgang en -resultaten.
