This is an exciting opportunity to be the first BCBA and a part of a founding team. We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders. Position Overview This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice. Based primarily out of our Warren clinic, with approximately 70-80% of your caseload delivered in-clinic and 20-30% in-home/via telehealth to surrounding communities (roughly a 30–45 minute commute). Schedule: primarily daytime hours, with 1–2 evenings per week extending to 6:30–7:00 PM; other days typically wrap up around 5:00 PM. Our goal is to keep a balanced caseload for all our new BCBAs, so we balance daytime and evening clients accordingly — this is what you can expect from your schedule.
