In this role, you will: - Build and maintain integrated master schedules, key milestones, and critical paths aligned with the vehicle product development lifecycle. - Define task dependencies, durations, and resource requirements across cross-functional teams. - Track program progress against baselines, proactively identifying critical path bottlenecks, delays, and schedule risks. - Develop mitigation plans for at-risk activities and escalate timing issues with actionable recommendations. - Prepare timing status reports, executive dashboards, and timeline presentations for management gateway reviews. - Track and report core timing KPIs, including milestone adherence, schedule slippage, and on-time delivery. - Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure cross-functional timeline alignment. - Coordinate critical milestones across functional areas, including sourcing, tooling, validation, and launch timing. - Maintain scheduling tools and standardize timing templates across multiple program platforms to ensure data integrity. - Drive continuous improvement in program scheduling processes and methodologies. ## Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in program scheduling, project planning, or timing analysis - Experience in automotive or manufacturing program environments strongly preferred - Knowledge of automotive product development processes (APQP, gateway/phase reviews) - Understanding of vehicle program milestones (SOP, PPAP, launch, ramp-up) - Familiarity with automotive development lifecycle and launch processes - Understanding of engineering, tooling, and manufacturing timing dependencies - Knowledge of supplier readiness and PPAP timing requirements - Awareness of validation, testing, and homologation timing Bonus Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field - Project management certification (PMP) advantageous ## About Zoox Zoox is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous vehicle fleet and the supporting ecosystem required to bring this technology to market.
