Keeley Construction is looking to hire a Project Coordinator for our Civil Infrastructure Group in St. Louis, MO. Primary Responsibilities - Coordinate onboarding activities for new project team members, including collecting required documentation, completing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company and project requirements. - Prepare, process, and maintain project-related paperwork, forms, and administrative documentation. - Assist with the creation, processing, and tracking of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and other project-related requests. - Maintain organized project files and document control systems, ensuring records are accurate, current, and easily accessible. - Generate and distribute routine project reports, tracking key information and providing updates to project leadership as needed. - Support Project Managers and Superintendents with administrative tasks to ensure efficient project operations. - Coordinate with internal departments, including Operations, Accounting, Procurement, and People Operations, to ensure timely processing of project-related requests. - Track outstanding documentation, approvals, and action items to ensure deadlines are met. - Support group initiatives, including event planning/coordination, maintaining and updating scorecard metrics, developing presentation materials, etc. - Assist with maintaining project records, including contracts, invoices, correspondence, and other supporting documentation. - Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, reporting accuracy, and overall project efficiency. ## Minimum Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. - 1–3 years of administrative, project coordination, or related experience preferred. - Previous experience in construction, engineering, or a project-based environment preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and cross-functional departments. - Experience with construction management software or ERP systems preferred. - Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
