Career Team is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Director to oversee the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth programs, as well as special grants such as the National Dislocated Worker Grant, RERP, and Prison to Employment, in the North Bay region. This position is based at our Napa office and requires occasional travel between our four sites - Marin, Napa, Mendocino, and Lake - to support program operations and community partnerships. The Project Director will be responsible for managing and supervising staff, overseeing program administration, and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure compliance and performance excellence. A strong understanding of workforce development protocols, WIOA regulations, core programs, and best practices in employment and training services is essential. Additionally, Spanish-speaking proficiency is preferred to better serve the diverse communities in the North Bay region. As a key member of the Management Team, the Program Director will ensure quality and integrity across all workforce functions, while fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
