Operational & Financial Stewardship - Own financial oversight for large accounts and portfolios, including forecasting, revenue recognition, and margin management. - Proactively identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and profitability within accounts. - Contribute to agency-level operational planning and resourcing strategies. Craft Leadership - Serve as the discipline lead for Project Management, setting standards, processes, and best practices across the team. - Mentor project managers and senior project managers, helping them grow their skills and careers. - Lead knowledge-sharing sessions, tools training, and play a central role in upholding project management excellence at P10.
