Key Responsibilities: -  Conduit between the FCSO Functions, Technology, GBS analysts, and Country / Group FCC -  Review existing processes and drive process changes, where applicable -  Liaison with Product Owners and various project stakeholders -  Preparation of programme/project materials for various senior management committees as applicable -  Responsible for the delivery of project/initiatives successfully within scope, budget and timeline. -  Responsible towards adhering to the bank’s Change management and delivery standards and all required project / programme governance requirements.
