## Job description

Dans le cadre de notre accroissement d'activité, nous recherchons un.e Project Manager IA avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience, capable de piloter des projets de grandes envergures, dans le domaine de l'IA Générative et/ou Agentique. Vous êtes animé.e par le défi de mettre en place des projets complexes en solutions IA performantes (GenAI, RAG, Agents, Machine Learning), de guider des équipes pluridisciplinaires internes/ externes et intervenir auprès de clients grands comptes pour répondre à leur besoin "sur-mesure" et/ou delivery des produits IA développés par ILLUIN Technology.

Votre mission En tant que Project Manager AI, votre rôle est de piloter de bout en bout la conception et le déploiement de solutions d'Intelligence Artificielle (notamment Générative) à fort impact. Fort de votre background technique, vous agissez comme le pivot essentiel entre les enjeux business stratégiques et la réalité opérationnelle du code, garantissant l'excellence technique et la valeur ajoutée de nos livrables.

Vos responsabilités

- Vous gérez l'exécution de projets complexes et/ou d’envergure en assurant la planification, le reporting, le staffing et le suivi rigoureux du budget et des délais.
- Vous êtes le responsable de la coordination fluide et technique des équipes multidisciplinaires (Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Software Engineer) et des différentes parties prenantes côté métier et business, dans un contexte client ou en interne.
- Vous menez les arbitrages nécessaires à l’aide de votre compréhension technique et métier et assurez le suivi de la performance technique et des risques associés au delivery.
- Vous mettez en place la gouvernance projet et assurez le lien avec les équipes dirigeantes pour garantir l'alignement stratégique.
- Vous apportez votre compréhension technique pour valider les choix d'architecture (architecture agentique, modèles…).
- Vous aidez à structurer la feuille de route technique et maintenez une veille technologique proactive pour conseiller et guider les projets vers les solutions les plus performantes.

Profil recherché ✅ Must have

- Expérience professionnelle significative (5 ans minimum) incluant un passage réussi et concret à un poste technique opérationnel (Data Scientist, Data Engineer ou Software Engineer).
- Expérience avérée en gestion de projet technique ou en tant que Tech Lead sur des produits Data/IA mis en production.
- Solide compréhension du cycle de vie complet d’un projet IA (du POC à la mise en production) .
- Solide connaissance des concepts techniques des tâches et cas d’usages standards d’IA et IA générative (modèles, architecture, données, évaluation…)
- Maîtrise des méthodes Agiles et des outils de pilotage.
- Capacité démontrée à animer et à coordonner des sujets complexes et à interagir avec tous les niveaux de l'organisation client (Technique, Métiers, Direction).

- Leadership Technique & Architecture : pouvoir être partie prenante des choix d'architecture et de modélisation (Architecture multi-agents, RAG, Agents autonomes, Evaluation, Prompt Engineering, etc.) grâce à votre expérience opérationnelle.
- Bonne connaissance de l'écosystème Cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.), ainsi que des connaissances en MLOps/DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
- Capacité à intervenir en phase d'avant-vente pour le dimensionnement technique et financier des projets.
- Connaissance des enjeux de conformité réglementaire (RGPD, AI Act).
