In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of integrated digital media campaigns across multiple platforms and channels. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, media partners, creative teams, and clients to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly, on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns, platforms, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. You are a strong communicator who can bring structure to complex projects, identify potential issues before they arise, and keep teams moving toward successful campaign launches and results. You Will - Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital media and marketing campaigns from kickoff through launch and completion. - Coordinate campaigns across multiple digital channels, including social media, paid media, display, and other digital advertising platforms. - Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, resources, dependencies, and overall project health. - Coordinate campaign setup, trafficking, launch, optimization, and post-campaign activities across internal teams and external partners. - Work with platforms such as Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and other digital advertising and media technologies. - Coordinate campaign execution across platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant media channels. - Partner closely with Media, Creative, Strategy, Analytics, Account Management, Production, and QA teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery. - Facilitate project and campaign meetings, drive discussions, document decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items. - Serve as a key point of contact for assigned campaigns, maintaining clear communication across internal teams, clients, and partners. - Manage campaign scope and proactively identify and address risks, issues, dependencies, and changes throughout the campaign lifecycle. - Support campaign intake, scoping, estimation, resource planning, and timelines. - Coordinate creative asset requirements, specifications, approvals, trafficking, and delivery across media platforms. - Ensure campaign assets and deliverables meet platform specifications, quality standards, and launch requirements. - Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates on timelines, deliverables, risks, and overall campaign status. - Work closely with stakeholders to ensure campaign objectives, targeting, messaging, creative, and execution remain aligned. - Support campaign reporting, post-launch activities, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows, processes, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. - Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to Critical Mass quality standards.
