We are seeking an organized, motivated, and passionate Project Manager to join our team of talented and inspiring colleagues in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Manager, you will support strategic initiatives across the organization by leading projects from concept through execution. This is a unique opportunity to help build Medsien's project management function while partnering with leaders across Operations, Clinical Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Learning & Development, Compliance, and other departments. You will develop project plans from the ground up, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive accountability, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered successfully. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate challenges before they arise. You enjoy bringing structure to complex initiatives, thinking beyond the immediate task, and connecting the dots across teams to achieve shared organizational goals.
