業務内容

ROUTE06は、大手企業の新規事業や事業変革の支援に特化したデジタルソリューションを提供しています。 開発するプロダクトはモール型EC、OMOストア、マーケットプレイスなど多岐にわたり、事業フェーズも立ち上げからグロースまで幅広くあります。 ROUTE06のプロジェクトマネージャーは、BizDev、プロダクトマネージャー、ソフトウェアエンジニア、デザイナーと協業・連携し、要件定義・設計・スケジュール・品質管理を適切に行うことで、開発プロセスとスケジュールを円滑に進行。さらに、開発サイクルの改善や進行をリードし、プロダクトの価値最大化を実現することをミッションとします。

必須要件

- プロジェクトのマネジメント経験
- プロダクトの要件定義の経験
- 中規模以上のプロダクトの設計、開発、運用経験
- ソフトウェアエンジニアとしての実務経験
- AIの動向を把握し、プロダクトへの応用可能性を検討できる方

歓迎要件

- 社内外の関係者を巻き込むプロダクト開発を推進した経験
- ビジネス要件と技術要件をつなぐ橋渡しができる方
- プロダクト開発における開発プロセス業務の効率化経験
