Positioned between the Associate (PM1) and Senior (PM3) levels, the PM2 manages projects that require deep technical insight and commercial awareness. While the PM3 handles the highest-value strategic accounts, the PM2 acts as the lead delivery professional for Technimove’s most complex technical workstreams, ensuring excellence and protecting project margins through expert use of the Kantata platform. Certifications: Essential - PRINCE2® Practitioner. - AgilePM® or Scrum Master certification. Desirable: - ITIL 4 Foundation - Security+ (CompTIA) - Management of Risk (MoR) or a recognised Financial/Commercial management certification.
