## Job description

Elke implementatie is anders, maar jij zorgt voor overzicht. Je stuurt projecten aan bij onderwijsinstellingen, gemeenten en andere (semi-)overheidsorganisaties en begeleidt ze van start tot de overdracht aan beheer. Je werkt aan overzichtelijke trajecten met een heldere scope, planning en budget, en bouwt zo aan je ervaring richting grotere, strategische projecten.

We zoeken een Projectmanager omdat het aantal projecten binnen de (semi-)overheidsmarkt groeit. Je komt terecht in een team van acht Projectmanagers onder leiding van Roy Baltus, dat door deze groei wordt uitgebreid.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt aan Atabase-implementatieprojecten met een doorlooptijd van zes tot 12 maanden. Aan de kant van Atabix schakel je met Business Consultants, Developers en een Technisch Architect. Bij de klant werk je samen met de interne projectleider en de belangrijkste stakeholders. We combineren PRINCE2 voor de sturing op hoofdlijnen met Agile/Scrum voor de oplevering in sprints.

- Je stuurt implementatieprojecten aan bij (semi-)overheidsklanten, van intake tot overdracht aan beheer.
- Je bewaakt scope, budget, planning en risico's, en grijpt op tijd in als dat nodig is.
- Je signaleert meerwerk en legt genomen besluiten formeel vast.
- Je faciliteert sprintplanningen en reviews met het projectteam en informeert de stuurgroep.
- Je neemt de klant mee in de verandering die een implementatie met zich meebrengt.

Wie ben jij?

Je houdt van overzicht, communiceert helder en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waarin je met meerdere partijen tegelijk schakelt.

Je brengt mee:

- Minimaal drie jaar ervaring als Projectmanager, of in een vergelijkbare rol binnen complexe organisaties.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met projecten in of met de publieke sector.
- Kennis van en ervaring met projectmanagementmethodieken, zoals PRINCE2, IPMA of Agile/Scrum.
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden: je houdt overzicht, bewaakt planning en budget en boekt resultaat.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, mondeling en schriftelijk.

Pré:

- Ervaring met verander- of implementatietrajecten.
- Ervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams.
- Affiniteit met digitalisering, data of procesoptimalisatie.
- Een relevante certificering, zoals PSM I, PRINCE2 Practitioner, IPMA of AgilePM.
