Böhme & Weihs entwickelt seit 1985 innovative Softwarelösungen für computergestütztes Qualitätsmanagement (CAQ) mit CASQ-it und für Fertigungsmanagement (MES) mit MESQ-it. Du arbeitest in Vollzeit deutschlandweit an einem unserer Standorte oder im Homeoffice mit regelmäßiger Reisebereitschaft (ca. 2-3Tage/Monat).

Deine Aufgaben – contra boring, PRO YOU

In dieser Rolle führst Du Kundenprojekte von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Du arbeitest nah an Produktionsprozessen, bringst Lösungen in Workshops auf den Punkt und machst unsere Software beim Kunden wirksam. So leistest Du einen direkten Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte

- Planung und Realisierung: Du bist der Schlüssel zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Lösungen. Deine Verantwortung reicht von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Implementierung von Kundenprojekten.
- Analyse: Durch präzise Prozessaufnahmen bei unseren Kunden entwickelst Du tragfähigeKonzepte für die Einführung unserer CAQ- und MES-Lösungen inklusive passender ERP-Anbindung.
- Präsentation: Du präsentierst maßgeschneiderte Lösungskonzepte in Kundenworkshops, um eine effektive Implementierung sicherzustellen.
- Prozess- und Kostenoptimierung: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um ihre Produktionsprozesse zu optimieren und gleichzeitig Kosten zu senken. Unser Ziel ist es, unseren Kunden zu helfen, effizienter zu arbeiten und ihre finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit zu verbessern.
- Weiterentwicklung: Mit Deiner Kreativität und Erfahrung unterstützt Du uns, unsere Produkte kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln. So können wir sicherstellen, dass wir immer die bestmöglichen Lösungen, für die sich verändernden Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden bieten.

Dein Profil – contra 08/15, PRO YOU

- Ausbildung: Technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung: Umsetzung von IT-Projekten sowie Erfahrung in Fertigung, Fertigungsplanung und –steuerung
- Fachkenntnisse: Tiefes Verständnis für Prozesse in Produktionsunternehmen. Erfahrung mit einem MES
- Persönlichkeit: Hohe Beratungskompetenz, Eigenmotivation, ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, starke Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld
